U16 Outbound Narrabri New South Wales Manager Application

The American Polocrosse Association is excited to be hosted by New South Wales, Australia, for the Narrabri Junior Challenge from July 1–15, 2025. We are seeking a dedicated team manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the tour, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for our junior players. Eligibility Requirements: The minimum age for coaches and team managers on all Player Development inbound and outbound tours is 21. If either the coach or team manager is between 21–24 years old, their counterpart must be at least 30 years old. Accredited Certification is required to coach PDP teams at the international levels. All coaching and team management appointments must be approved by the Player Development Committee. Application Deadline is March 10th, 2025

Responsibilities Include: * Organizing international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. * Coordinating fundraising efforts to support team expenses. * Working closely with the tour coach and Player Development Committee to develop a structured and effective tour plan. * Managing communication with players, parents, and APA leadership regarding schedules, expectations, and requirements. * Assisting with uniform and equipment coordination. * Ensuring player welfare, safety, and adherence to APA policies throughout the tour. * Serving as the primary point of contact between the APA and New South Wales hosts.
