Mexico Adult Tour Player Application

To be eligible for the Mexico tour, players must be APA members, 25 years or older and have an American Polocrosse Association (APA) rating between 3–5. According to APA rules all applicants will be required to have played in a minimum of 2 APA sanctioned tournament 12 months prior to the tour. This ensures a competitive yet balanced team dynamic. If you meet the criteria and are ready to represent, we’d love to have you join us for this incredible opportunity! As a gesture of appreciation for our Mexican hosts, players are encouraged to consider reciprocating the hospitality by inviting Mexican players to the U.S. for future events. This exchange helps strengthen international friendships, grow the sport, and continue fostering the camaraderie that makes polocrosse so special.

This is a social tour, and to keep things fair and balanced, players will be randomly drawn by the PDP Committee. All eligible names will be drawn out of a hat, and the first 7 players selected will have the opportunity to join the tour. If a selected player decides not to attend or becomes unavailable, we will simply move to the next player on the list. This process ensures a fair and transparent selection while keeping the tour competitive and fun!

Mexico is providing two houses for the players stay offering a unique cultural experience. The estimated cost for each player includes the flight to Mexico, a $200 tournament fee, and any additional spending money. Players will coordinate with the PDP Committee and international liaison Rahul Desai to ensure smooth planning and logistics. However, players are responsible for arranging their own flights, fundraising, and personal planning. This setup allows for a well-organized yet flexible experience, combining competitive play with cultural immersion.
