Eastern Zone Regionals tournament at the Pinehurst Harness Track! www.carolinapolocrosse.com Event Date: September 27-29, 2024 Entry Deadline: September11th. 2024 Event Address: Pinehurst Harness Track 200 Beulah Hill Rd S, Pinehurst, NC 28374 This is an APA sanctioned tournament. If you are not a member please visit www.americanpolocrosse.org to join PRIOR to this event. We will require you to be a current APA member to register for the event. We will not be handling membership renewals at registration. This should be done ONLINE PRIOR TO THE EVENT! Divisions: A, B, C, D, E (E grade is primarily walk/trot for beginner players) Chuckles (played one time per day) 6 man teams where numbers allow, otherwise, sectional. Junior division can be offered if enough Juniors of a similar level. !!!!!!This is a Traditional Single Horse Tournament!!!!! Club Coaches please submit teams by September 14th, 2024. Cost: $135.00 A, B, C, D, E (includes tournament, entry shirt, EMT and Saturday dinner). $20.00 Chuckles (play once per day, not sanctioned, entry shirt, EMT and Saturday dinner). *do not have to be an APA member but must sign liability forms online* $20.00 Extra meal for Saturday (Olive Garden Pasta buffet, salad and breadsticks. BYOB, water and tea provided $20.00 Extra shirt Stabling available: Stalls are $75 Friday through Sunday and includes clean out by the track staff at the end of the weekend. Bedding/shavings must be ordered in advance – $10/bag. Tack stalls are $40 and need to be labeled as a tack stall. We are charged for every stall used. Electric pens allowed up by the field in designated areas (please spread manure into the woods and please pickup any leftover hay). ***STAY OFF THE TRACK and GOLF COURSE*** You may cross the track but do not ride around or drive around the track. ***DO NOT TIE TO WATER HYDRANTS*** YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR ANY REPAIRS Paddocks are available for $120 per paddock for the weekend (Friday- Sunday) Limited number available. NO ELECTRIC HOOK UPS AT FIELD RV Hook ups are now by Barn 10 and can be rented through the PHT website. ***RVs at the field will need to use a generator. Please be here at the time of your RV delivery!*** Please notify Sarah Desai if you are coming in prior to Friday the 27th or leaving later then Sunday the 29th. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. THIS MEANS ALL DOGS! Food Truck on site Saturday and Sunday! Food in town only a couple miles away. Jason Jackson will be out again taking top notch action shots that will be available for purchase! All horses must have a current Coggins, in accordance with NC statutes – No Exceptions. APA approved Helmets (per the APA rulebook) at all times while mounted. Underage drinking WILL NOT be tolerated in accordance with APA policies and NC statutes. Tournament committee reserves the right to refuse any entry. Please dispose of trash properly in cans provided. Open fires are not permitted. Teams will be placed in a division based on total Team rating. If there are any questions about this the tournament committee will be available for discussion on a case-by-case basis. Decisions of the tournament committee with respect to assigning teams to divisions are final. Tournament committee reserves the right to reassign teams or individuals to divisions (move them up or down) as required. Player/team will be notified prior to the start of the tournament.
