Central Zone Regionals tournament at Cowboy Steve Wiggins Field!

This is an APA sanctioned tournament. If you are not a member please visit www.americanpolocrosse.org to join PRIOR to this event. We will require you to be a current APA member to register for the event. We will not be handling membership renewals at registration. This should be done ONLINE PRIOR TO THE EVENT! Divisions: A, B, C, D, E, Chuckles (played one time per day) depending on divisional numbers, could be sectional or 6 man teams. Junior division can be offered if enough Juniors of a similar level!!!!!! This is a Traditional Single Horse Tournament!!!!! Club Coaches please submit teams by October 14th, 2024.
Since this is Central Zone Regionals and we have access to one field, if we have more than 66 players, to allow for everyone to attend we will START play on FRIDAY October 25,2024. Please contact Ashley for more info.
Cost: $135.00 A, B, C, D, E (includes tournament, entry gift, EMT and Saturday dinner).
$20.00 Chuckles (play once per day, not sanctioned, entry gift, EMT and Saturday dinner). *do not have to be an APA member but must sign liability forms online*
$25.00 Extra meal for Saturday (fried chicken and fish buffet, BYOB, water and tea provided)
$20.00 Extra gift- Custom Socks
Electric pens ONLY (please spread manure, DO NOT make piles in the pen, please pickup any leftover hay).
***DO NOT TIE TO WATER HYDRANTS*** YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR ANY REPAIRS. NO ELECTRIC HOOK UPS
Please let Ashley Barbour know if you are coming in prior to Friday the 26th or leaving later then Sunday the 28th.
NO VICIOUS DOG BREEDS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY; ie pit bulls, shephards, dobermans, ect.
Dogs must be on a leash at all times, NO DOGS UNDER THE TENT. THIS MEANS ALL DOGS!
Food Truck on site Saturday and Sunday! Food in town only a couple miles away.

Horse NOTES: Please have your Coggins with your horses. All horses must have a current Coggins, in accordance with AL statutes – No Exceptions. APA approved Helmets (per the APA rulebook) at all times while mounted.
- Underage drinking WILL NOT be tolerated in accordance with APA policies and AL statutes.
- Tournament committee reserves the right to refuse any entry.
- Please dispose of trash properly in cans provided.
- Open fires are not permitted.
Teams will be placed in a division based on total Team rating. If there are any questions about this the tournament committee will be available for discussion on a case-by-case basis. Decisions of the tournament committee with respect to assigning teams to divisions are final. Tournament committee reserves the right to reassign teams or individuals to divisions (move them up or down) as required. Players/team will be notified prior to the start of the tournament
We will be having a Saturday night costume contest and festive Halloween activities.
