U16 Team Practice Weekend Recap



The members of the 2025 U16 Team gathered in Mississippi over the weekend for a weekend of coaching and team bonding.

Friday night was an exciting start with bareback drills to work on balance. (The team had so much fun with this that they asked to do it again on Sunday!)

On Saturday, the team did drills and chukkas with Dori Johnson and Gordon Duff. In the evening, the team went to a trampoline park.

On Sunday the team did some fun cross-training games such as poles, potato races, keyhole, ribbon races, and barrels.

Overall, the weekend was a huge success. The team showed improvement throughout the weekend and we are looking forward to seeing their continued development as they prepare for the tour. Throughout the spring the 2025 U16 Team will play at tournaments together and focus on fundraising.
